Lucille "Lucy" Arnold

Lucille "Lucy" Arnold, born February 22, 1937 in Sneedville, TN to George and Cleo Winkler Cook, passed away November 14, 2024. She was a member of Virginia Avenue Methodist Church until its closing. Working for Knox Manufacturing until its closing, she retired from Levi's in Powell. 

She is preceded in death by her husband of seventy-one years, Richard Arnold. She is also preceded in death by her parents, her sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Jack Brooks and her brother-in-law John Lakins. Additionally, she is preceded in death by her  father and mother-in- law, Frank and Lodusky Arnold, sisters and brothers- in law, Gladys and William Mercer, Helen and James Ludlow, Trula and Horace Manis, Gaines and Paulyne Arnold, and nephew Austin Mann. 

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Arnold. She is survived by her sister, Pauline Lakins, nephews, David Wayne and Marilyn Lakins and family, Floyd and Sebrina Brooks and family; nieces Lori Brooks and Tammy and Robert Sliger and family. Gail Ludlow, Emily and Gordon Smith and family, and Judy and Bob Caulder and family also survive her.

Lucy will be laid to rest next to her husband at Lynnhurst Cemetery.
