Louise Gladys McDaniel, age 86, of Knoxville, is a beautiful soul who left this earth on Saturday, September 8, 2018, to join her beloved husband Ralph in eternal peace. Despite years of debilitating illness, she continued bringing love and laughter to each and every person she met. You could not leave Louise’s company without offers of candy and would most certainly be reminded to keep that candy in a safe place “way down deep in your pocket.” She was a member of Loveland Baptist Church for 76 years. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family. A close second was enjoying good ice cream (and all ice cream was good in her opinion). She is preceded in death by her husband Samuel Ralph McDaniel, parents Carl and Ruby (Wolfenbarger) Moore, and brother Carl Moore Jr. She is survived by her daughter Pamela (Danny) Condry, and her son Mickey (Brenda) McDaniel; grandchildren Danielle (Matthew) Robertson, Noelle (Daniel) Lewellen, Kayleigh (Scott) Litton, and Camber McDaniel; great-grandchildren Kieran and Braylen Robertson and Cael and Sloan Lewellen; brother Jack Moore and “chosen sister” Oleta Moore; and a very special niece Cheryl Jones, as well as many other nieces, nephews, and cousins too numerous to name, but all loved and held precious. Special thank yous are extended to Dr. Kayleigh Litton and Scott Litton and to the staff and facility of Island Home Health and Rehabilitation for their extraordinary care, love, and compassion during Louise’s stay there.
Louise will be sorely missed, and her memory will be forever cherished by all who knew her.
