Lorene Humphrey

Lorene Humphrey passed away April 7, 2016. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parent Mike and Ruby Elkins; husband Hobert Humphrey; sister Audrey Pike; brothers Lester Elkins, Lowell Elkins and Jim Elkins. She is survived by sons Jerry Humphrey and wife Brenda of Knoxville and David Humphrey and wife Sherry of Clinton; grandchildren Dustin Humphrey of Powell, Alysha Tackett and husband Michael of Andersonville, Arien Woods and husband Derrick of Knoxville and Autumn Humphrey of Powell; great-grandchildren Connor Tackett, Catelyn Tackett, Natalie Woods and Cordelia Woods; siblings Betty Bell, Melvin Elkins and wife Carol, Jewel Shrophshire, Barbara Bailey and husband Dewey, Jean Howard, Steve Elkins, Joe Elkins and wife Vicki and Gail Clark; and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Golden Living Center in Clinton. Funeral service will be held 6:00pm, Sunday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, with Rev. Darryl Taylor officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45am, Monday, at Norris Memorial Gardens for interment at 11:00am. The family will receive friends 4:00-6:00pm, Sunday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
