Lionel Paul Eblen

Lionel P. Eblen, age 60, of Knoxville passed away on September 23, 2013. He was of the Baptist faith. He retired after 30 years of service with the city of Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Frances and a brother Richard. He is survived by son William Eblen, sisters Nancy (Robby) Neel, Edwina (David) Maier, special niece Megan Hayes and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 1:45 PM Friday at Carson Family Cemetery in Onieda for a graveside service at 2 PM. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
