Linda Chudley Gibson

Linda (Chudley) Gibson, age 76 of North Knoxville passed away 2:12 p.m. Wednesday August 7, 2019 at her home. Preceded in death by husband, J. M. Gibson and son, John Allen Chudley. Survivors; daughter, Teresa (Richard) Johnson. Son, Allen “Scott” (Tina Hounchell) Chudley. Grandchildren: Bailey Chudley, Scotty Chudley, Wesley Tipton, Cameron Tipton, Liam Tipton, Zander Ridenour, Liam Johnson, Lana Wolf and Ronnie Brock. Sisters; Sue (Jackie) Mulkey, Glenda Akins and Mary Roberts. Brother; Glen Wallace. Several nieces and nephews. Good friends; Jo Ann Hurst, Dorothy Hounchell, Taylor Warren, Tabitha Roberts, Whitney Buckles, Samantha Morgan and Christopher Hounchell. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2019 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Jim Depew officiating. Family and friends will meet 2:45 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Highland Memorial Cemetery (Sutherland Avenue) for a 3:00 p.m. graveside service and interment.
