Leroy Ramsey

Leroy Ramsey, born March 23, 1940, went to be with the Lord November 23, 2012. He was an US Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by parents Otha and Maxine Ramsey. Survivors include wife of 52 years Charlotte Ramsey, children Debbie Miller (Jay), Greg Ramsey (Kelly), and Charles Scott Ramsey (Sherry), grandchildren Jason and Apryl Miller, Stephanie Chittum, Gregory Ramsey II, Scotty Ramsey II and Nicholas and Jonathan Ramsey, four great-grandchildren, and sister Marilyn Rhoads. Funeral service will be 10 am Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Friends and family will then proceed to TN State Veterans Cemetery for military honors and interment at 11:30 am. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City.
