Leatha Jean Hickson

Leatha “Jean” Hickson age 78 of Knoxville, passed away at home peacefully on Friday, September 3, 2021. She retired after 35 years from Tom’s Food and Tennessee Wholesale Florist after many years. Preceded in death by husband; Howard Eugene Hickson. Mother; Alba May Farris, Brothers; Kenneth, Charles, Harold, Ben, Marshall, Ronald, Lowell and Lynn; Sisters; Shirley, Charlotte and Barbara. Survived by son; Wilmer (Rhonda) Hickson, Daughters; Donna Pinkerton, Janet (Mark) Fisher. Sisters; Florence and Christine. Brother; Danny. Grandchildren; David Jr., Todd, Josh, Whitney, Christian and Jessie. Several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a funeral service to follow Pastor Jordan Amburn officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City to leave in procession for an 3:00 pm graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery.
