Leah Rene' Scroggins

Leah Rene’ Scroggins age 25 of Powell passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was a member of Sonlight Baptist Church. Leah was an electrician and model. She never met a stranger and was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, best friend, and will be missed by her family and friends. Preceded in death by grandmother, Linda Gail Rolen; uncle, Roger Lee Oberdier; grandfather, Randy Oberdier. Survived by mother, Michelle Rolen and bonus dad, Brandon McMahan; father, Lloyd Scroggins, Jr.; brother, Lloyd Scroggins III (Kayla); twin sister, Amber Scroggins; niece, Ava Scroggins; nephew, Isaiah Scroggins; brother, Dillion Mackey; grandparents, Lloyd Sr. & Anne Scroggins and Dorothy Brindle; aunt, Malisa Kontour; cousins, Zach Kontour, Richelle Gary; step-dad, Tracy Mackey; longtime love, Trevor Romines; fur baby, Max; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A receiving of friends will be held Saturday, November 23, 2019, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Charlie Reynolds officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:15 PM, Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the funeral home for a procession to Brown Gap Cemetery for a 2:00 PM graveside service.
