Laura Lee Bourff

On Monday, February 20, 2023, Laura Lee Bourff, loving wife, mother, and daughter, passed away at the age of 58. Laura was born on June 3, 1964, in Jacksonville, Florida to Columbus B. and Ruby Lee Sexton. Laura was a wonderful Mother to her only son, Michael. Laura loved her dogs, with her favorite being Brody, who will continue to be spoiled and taken care of by her husband. She was always smiling and laughing, which was infectious to everyone around and she gave the best hugs. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going on their girl’s annual beach trip, and relaxing with a good Netflix show. Laura was preceded in death by her father, B. She is survived by, her husband Billy Joe, her mother Ruby, her son Michael Weaver and wife Hollie, her four stepchildren: Becky Rountree and husband Brian, Scott Bourff and wife Shena, Wendy Seiber and husband Jerry, and Mylow Bourff, her two brothers Dan Sexton and wife Kitty, Tim Sexton and wife Sue, and several aunts, uncles, grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews. A receiving of friends will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm, with a memorial service to follow at 5:30 pm.
