Kimberly DeVault Coker, age 62, of Knoxville, TN passed away on August 10, 2021 after a courageous battle with Ovarian Cancer. Kim was a member of Powell United Methodist Church. She graduated from Milton High School in Milton, FL – Class of 1976, and attended the University of Tennessee. Kim was employed by ImagePoint for 28 years. Two of her greatest loves were live music and dancing. We know now she is dancing in the loving arms of Jesus.
She is preceded in death by her father, Wayne Roth. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Mel Coker; mother, Alma Bayless; sister, Lori Snyder (Jeff Tidwell); niece, Sloan Kidd (Christian); nephew, Sadler Snyder; stepdaughters, Mary Beth Stallworth (David), Melody Coker, Caroline Coker. She also leaves behind a host of other family members and friends who she loved dearly.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home – Fountain City from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Family and friends will gather Friday, August 13, 2021 at Highland Memorial Cemetery – Sutherland Ave at 11:00 AM for a graveside service officiated by Jamie Bauknight.
