Kelly Marie Rogers

Kelly Marie Rogers, age 65 of Knoxville, passed away unexpectedly at her home April 17, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her loving parents, John Kelly Rogers and Bobbie Jean Hudgins.  She is survived by her sisters, Vicki Koontz (Gary), Susan Stokes (Dale) and Rosemary Wheeler (Buddy) and many nieces and nephews.  Kelly was a graduate of Gibbs High School Class of 1975.  She was a cheerleader all four years and belonged to several clubs and organizations.  She then went on to become a registered nurse graduating from the St. Mary's School of Nursing.  Kelly was gifted and talented seamstress and made beautiful quilts which we were all privileged to be gifted throughout our lives commemorating special memories like births, marriages, and Christmas gifts.  She spent hours and hours perfecting every detail and finished them with her signature and the date they were given.  They will be even more cherished now.  Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside memorial service at Clapps Chapel Church cemetery, 7420 Clapps Chapel Road, Corryton, TN. 37721 at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2023.  Online condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com
