Kelly Lorraine Winkles

Kelly Lorraine Winkles, age 61, of Kingsport, Tennessee passed away peacefully on October 11, 2022. She was surrounded by some of the people she loved most. Kelly was born and raised in Alabama before moving to Tennessee. Kelly was a registered nurse who cared deeply for her patients. She had strong faith and was a long-time member of West Colonial Hills Baptist Church before moving to Knoxville in 2020 and joining Fountain City Church. Kelly enjoyed gardening and being surrounded by flowers. She loved decorating and making things beautiful. Kelly enjoyed watching football and was a big fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. She also loved being with her family and spending time with beloved friends. Kelly is preceded in death by her mother, Bobbie Logan. She is survived by her children, Erin (William) Page and Jonathan (Taylor) Winkles, her granddaughter Madeline Page; siblings, Jane Ayers, Allison (Harl) Lairmore, Carmel (Hill) Cochran, and Hugh (Sheri) Logan; many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday, October 16, 2022 at West Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Kingsport, TN with a memorial service to follow, Pastor Paul Sheaffer officiating.
