Kathleen “Kathy” Irene (Kasmer) Taylor, age 55, passed away Friday, January 18, 2019. She was of Christian Faith. Preceded in death by son William Mark Webb. Survived by sons Steven Webb and Kenneth Webb; grandchildren Allysan, Serenity, Kadence, Gabriel, Elijah, and Xavier. Family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City from 4:00pm-5:00pm Saturday, February 2, 2019 followed by a memorial service at 5:00pm.
