Katherine Celeste Russell

Katherine Stanfield, a loving mother, treasured friend, and a beloved wife, age 20, of Knoxville, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021. She enjoyed spending her time swimming, reading and being with her family. After graduating from West High School, Katherine moved to Groton, CT to start a family. On May 24, 2021, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Harper Lily Russell. She is fondly remembered by her friends and family for her larger-than-life personality, her selflessness to others, and her ability to shine light on even the darkest of times. Preceded in death by her father, Shannon Stanfield. She will be greatly missed by her husband Tanner Russell; daughter, Harper Lily Russell; mother, Dana Stanfield Bayiates; brother, Tate Stanfield; sister, Elise Bell.
