Kaitlyn Diane Walker

Kaitlyn Diane Walker (Katie) of Powell Tennessee, age 26, gained her wings Thursday January 25. She had a heart of gold and a smile that would light up a room. She was funny, giving, caring, and a friend to everyone she met. Her daughter Addyson was the love of her life and they spent many afternoons playing at the park. Preceded in death by special aunts Mary Tarver and Tammy England. Left to cherish her memory daughter Addyson Lane, special friend and Addyson’s father Jamie Lane. Parents Marca Burleson Hance (Donovan Thomas) and Brian Walker (Tina Thomas); grandparents Mark and Marty Burleson (Moo), Jan Johnson, Jude and Joy Walker and Linda Mullins; great grandmother Betty Turner; sisters Kailey, Kaydince and Haley Walker; brothers Timothy Hance and Bryce Walker; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City. The family will receive friends 1pm-4pm. Service will be at 4pm. Pastor Mike Kirk of Calvary Baptist Chapel Knoxville officiating. In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to any Home Federal Bank in Knoxville, TN in the name of Addyson Lane for her continued care.
