Juanita Petree

October 4, 1925 — February 17, 2017

Juanita Petree, of Knoxville, passed away on Friday, February 17th, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She attended Alder Springs Baptist Church and retired from Home Federal Bank. She was preceded in death by first husband, Virgil Petree, parents Charlie and Mary Southerland, and brother Swan Southerland. She is survived by husband Clark Marshall, daughter Mary Ann (Bob) Hill of Richmond, Virginia, brothers Lon (Shirley) Southerland and Roe (Nell) Southerland, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. The family would like to express special thanks to the members of Alder Springs Baptist Church for their prayers and support and the nurses and staff of the 2nd Floor at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital for their exceptional care. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 19th, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, with funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Jimmie Davidson will be officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. interment service on Monday, February 20th, 2017 at Pleasant View Cemetery.
