Juanita Byrd

Juanita Byrd, of Middleburg, FL, formerly of Knoxville, passed away June 24, 2017. She was a long-time member of Sharon Baptist Church. Juanita retired from Home Federal Bank after many dedicated years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband, Woodward H. Byrd; her parents, Bonnie and Homer Walker; and her brother, Allen Walker. She is survived by her son, Henry Byrd and his wife, Linda; granddaughters, Meredith Dunn and Stephanie Smith; 7 great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Norma Walker. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorials be made to Sharon Baptist Church, 7916 Pedigo Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938. Family and friends will meet at 10:45am, Friday at Woodlawn Cemetery, 4500 Woodlawn Pike, Knoxville, for a graveside service at 11:00am.
