Juan was a cook for 25 years at, El Chico's Mexican Restaurant. El Chicos named a signature dish after Juan, the Juandilla. He loved cooking, and making people happy with his food .
Juan, was such a sweet, compassionate, loyal, dedicated and helpful man, to so many in his life. Juan was a stranger to no one. He was comical, making all he met laugh with his stories, and his personality.
Juan loved all his children dearly, those who resided in Mexico, and the ones here in the states. Tho the eyes of these children have never met, they have one common bond, they all had an amazing, loving dad, that they loved and adored as well.
His children want it to be known that they loved him very much, and was happy he came to all the family events, and tried his best to be the best he could be. That he will be deeply missed, and they will keep him alive in their hearts. And his son will follow in his dads foot steps, and be the best cook. He is very proud to be named after his dad.
