Joyce Ann McNeal

“Granny” Joyce Ann (McGill) McNeal was welcomed home into the arms of her Jesus on Friday, September 1, 2023. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Victor Lon McNeal; parents, Roy and Marie McGill; many siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Survived by her children, Tonya (Creg) Carter, Becky (Donnie) Hamock, Victor Ray (Katie) McNeal and Chris (Crystal) McNeal; 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; sister Ruth; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. If you ever crossed paths with her, you became a part of her family. Whether she called you her child, grandchild, sister or brother, she never met a stranger. She loved, accepted and almost always fed everyone. Her price was far beyond rubies. She will be greatly missed on Earth but if you know Jesus as your personal Savior then you will see her again. Receiving of family and friends will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at 5:00-7:00PM at Mynatt Funeral Home in Fountain City. Graveside service will be Monday, September 4, 2023 at 11:00am at Piney Grove Baptist Church 1412 E. Wolf Valley Road, Heiskell, TN 37754 officiated by Rev. Creg Carter.
