Joshua Warren Spurgeon

Joshua Warren Spurgeon, age 21 born September 29, 1998, passed away on September 28, 2020. Joshua was preceded in death by his Mother Donna Adkins Spurgeon and Grandmother Kathy Haynes. He leaves behind his son Jaxon Spurgeon, his father Billy Spurgeon, brother Jady Adkins (wife) Courtney, nephews and nieces Trae, Cloey, Cy'Anne and Jady. Twin sister Lauren Spurgeon and sister Tiffany Headrick. His Aunt Cheryl Headrick who loved him as her own. His aunt Penny Hill, Carolyn Beam, Nancy Cardwell (husband) Tonya Barnette (Poinsettia) and Stephanie Taylor. Uncle Allen Haynes. Grandfathers Gene Hankins and Bill Spurgeon. His cousins that treasured him Patty, Jamie, Charity, Amilliah and Emma Riley. Joshua loved all animals, fishing, motorcycles, fast cars, UT football, beautiful women, and the elderly. He was a people person, never met a stranger, he had a heart of gold, and he was fierce like a lion. Joshua loved his family. He impacted every one he met with his charm. Joshua was always someone you could count on even if it wasn't in his best interest. He was just a child thrown into society, his life showed it. Special friends Ushery, Cody, Mark, Samantha, and Josh. Joshua will have a private viewing with only family. A part of Joshua will be placed in the Memorial Garden at Church of the Savior on Weisgarber Road in Knoxville, TN at a later date.
