Joseph Todd Randolph, 51, died May 11, 2018 in Knoxville, Tennessee. His celebration of life will take place at First Baptist Powell at 7706 Ewing Road, Powell, Tennessee. Receiving of friends begins at 5pm with the service beginning at 7pm Tuesday.
A published author and leader, Todd spent his life serving Christ through every endeavor graduating from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in Church Planting in 2002. He utilized this education to serve in pastoral capacities at churches throughout Kentucky and Tennessee; most recently serving as Head Chaplain of the Tennessee Smokies where he was able to combine his love of baseball and Jesus as he served others. He was honored to serve as elder and life group leader at First Baptist Powell and enjoyed spending his free time reviewing academic literature as well as contributing to sermon databases. Todd was an avid traveler and loved spending time with his wife of 29 years, Cindy, and his two daughters, Rachel and Rebecca. Todd was preceded in death by grandparents Albert and Chalus Randolph and Lowrey Lee and Lillian Gragg.
He is survived by wife, Cindy Hestand Randolph; daughters Rachel and Rebecca; parents John and Pat Randolph as well as many family members in the Cookeville area.
