Joseph “Joe” Norman Neeley, age 60, of Knoxville passed away on May 10, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Neeley and Geraldine Russel. He is survived by his children, Cassie (Barry) Hylton, Patrick (Jessie Connaster) Neeley, Isaac (Andrea Kirkpatrick) Keith, and sisters Kathy Long, Vanessa Gumke, and Mitzi Montooth, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
