Joseph Lee Flatford

Joseph Lee Flatford, age 52, passed away March 17, 2016. Joey received Christ at an early age. He was a lover of all sports and was the true definition of a Vol fan. He loved his family and was a friend to everyone he met. He was loved by many for his humor and big heart. Preceded in death by father, Jackie Flatford. He is survived by son, Joseph Hunter Flatford; mother, Judy Flatford; sister, Jennifer Flatford; former wife, Misie Large, nephew Levi McGhee and step-father Leroy Humphrey, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Serving as pallbearers are Jeff Jenkins, John Jenkins, Jeff Walker, Wayne Taylor, Lance Newsome, Trevor Warwick. Family and friends will meet 1:45pm Wednesday at Ridenour Cemetery for 2pm interment service. Family will receive friends 5-7pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow Rev. Kyle Shell and Rev. Bobby Kitts officiating.
