Joseph Bryant Godby

Joseph Bryant Godby, age 48, joined God in Heaven on February 24, 2019. He was well known in Knoxville and the Atlanta area as a great tattoo artist, who was passionate about his work. Joe touched many lives with his profession and was known as a charismatic and genuine person. Joseph Godby was preceded in death by his mother, Francis Caroline Godby, and father, John A. Godby Jr. He is survived by his son, Sebastian Taylor Godby and daughter, Kaiya Olivia Caroline Godby; and granddaughters, Nova Kaur Godby and Kaiya Kaur Godby. Joe is also survived by his two sisters and two brothers, along with many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
