Joleen Stiles Decker, age 84 of Halls, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 7, 2022. Joleen loved talking with friends and family. She was preceded in death by beloved parents, Joe and Kathleen Stiles; children, Douglas Kent Decker and Bradley Jerome Decker. She is survived by loving nephews, Perry and Brent Roberts; niece, Nannette Thomas; cousins, Junelle Sellers, and Kendall Stiles; and special friends, Rachel, Sharon, Rebecca, and Melodie.
