John Tillery Wright

John T. Wright, age 67, passed away December 28, 2018.He worked at family owned Dick Wright Hardware since he was a boy. He was a Vol fanatic and loved anything UT. He was a member of Bookwalter United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by parents Richard Wright, Jr. and Katherine Wright; and brother Richard Wright III and wife Kathy Wright. He is also preceded by several aunts and uncles. He is survived by Judy Wright, wife of 30 Years; daughters Missy (Michael) Fox, Gina Wright Essary and fiancé Perry Thompson; son Clint Wright; step-sons Ernie, Jr. (Kim) Fortner and Kevin Fortner; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister Judy (Denny) Griswold; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City. Funeral service will immediately follow starting at 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City with Rev. Dwayne Fortner officiating.
