John Raley

Raley, John H., age 66 of Maynardville, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, September 27, 2012. He was a lifetime member of Alder Springs Baptist Church. He retired from West Knox Utility District. Beloved father, grandfather, son and brother. Preceded in death by his father John H. Raley. Survived by mother Ruth Raley; daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Monty Boone, son and daughter-in-law Anthony and Jerrika Raley; sons Shane Raley and David Raley all of Maynardville; granddaughters Cailin Weaver and Brynlei Raley; brother and sister-in-law James and Diane Raley of Knoxville; sister and brother-in-law Linda and Rev. Joe McCoy; sister Opal Cooper all of Maynardville and many other family and friends. Funeral service 8:00 pm Saturday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Joe McCoy officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home and proceed to Lett Cemetery, Hickory Valley Road, Maynardville for 2:00 pm interment. Pallbearers will be David Jones, Junior Jones, Wayne Smith, Brandon Wolfenbarger, Arnie Lee, Ralph Davis and honorary pallbearer, Danny Hall.
