John Allen Gentry Ii

John Allen Gentry II, age 41 of Mascot, TN, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021. John had a passion for drawing, football, video games, and making people laugh. He will be greatly missed by his many family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Vickie Bales, and John Gentry Sr.; grandmother Betty Gentry; nephew Travis Solomon II. He is survived by loving fiancé, Misty Barrett; children, Taylor Cupp, Austin Cupp, Eli Barrett; sister Linda Roach; brother Tommy Holt Jr and wife Brandi Holt.; nieces Sarah Walton, Starla Biggs, Summer Gentry; nephews Seth Walton, and Preston Holt. A celebration of life will be held at Unity Baptist Church, 101 Whites School Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920, Saturday, March 6, 2021. The family will be receiving friends beginning at 3:00pm, with service starting at 3:30pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests to be contacted directly for donations towards John’s service.
