Joann Trice

JoAnn (Black) Trice age 83 of Powell, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. JoAnn was a wonderful wife and mother who was loved by all who knew her. Among her many life experiences, JoAnn worked for many years at Nancy Lynn Fashions in Bearden. She had many return customers and she loved helping others find just the right look. JoAnn was a member of Black Oak Heights Baptist Church and was a born-again believer in Jesus. Preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Frances Black, and her children Terry Cole and Sharon Barnard. JoAnn leaves behind many loving family and friends, including her husband of 48 years Lonnie; children, Curtis Cole, Mary Ogan, Molly Cole and Joe Cole; Freddie Trice and Steven Trice; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call at their convenience 9:00-5:00 Friday, December 18, 2020 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Glenwood Cemetery for a 11:00 a.m. graveside service, Dr. Todd Stinnett officiating.
