Joann Kiser

Joann Kiser age 89, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Away from the body, at home with the Lord (2 Cor. 5:8). Born in Monroe, MI on July 24, 1935. Preceded in death by husband, Ransom Kiser, parents, Freman and Jessie Neal, brothers: Freman, Jr., Bob, Bill and Jim; and granddaughter, April Jenkins. She is survived by her sons, Raymond and Dennis (Susan), daughter, Connie Huggins, grandchildren: Jason (Christen) Kiser, Patricia Woodall and Ashley Kiser; great-grandchildren: Jacob, Owen, Garrett, Cort, Dominique, Emily, Sarah, Austin and Taylor; and 10 great great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her extended family, Alan and Carolyn, David and Dianna, Ron and Barbara, Scott and Kathy, and Bryan. The family will receive friends Friday, November 1, 2024, from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, followed by a 2:00 pm funeral service officiated by Rev. Louie Branch. Family and friends will meet Monday, November 4, 2024, at 12:45 pm at East TN Veterans Cemetery, Lyons View, for a 1 PM interment service.
