Jimmy Anderson Moore

Jimmy "Buster" Anderson Moore, age 64 of Clinton, TN passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.  

Jimmy was a supervisor for Del-Air Mechanical.  He considered the owners and employees, his family.  He loved his job.  He loved his three granddaughters who lived next door and loved to hear them laugh and play outside.  He was a big animal lover and spoiled all of his, which were many.  He would help anybody he could, strangers included, if he saw they were in need.  His wife of 36 years, Karen, was his world and he never wanted to go a day without her by his side.  Their happy place was the beach and they enjoyed many years there.  His sons he raised were his pride and joy and he couldn't wait to be with Jason when he himself passed.  He loved all his many friends and family and everyone that knew him felt the same about him.  He wanted everyone to enjoy their lives!

He was preceded in death by his parents, Julias Anderson Moore and Kay Francis Moore; son, Jason; brother, Pockets; brother-in-law, Brian Booth

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Karen Moore; sons, Eric (Kaitlyn) Bishop and Logan Moore; sisters, Teresa (Charles) Smallwood, Vera (Gary) Jones, Carolyn (Weldie) Murray; brother, Wayne (Teesee) Moore; mother-in-law, Betty Booth; sister-in-laws, Elizabeth Thomas, Jackie Kohl; grandchildren, Maddie, Scarlett and Emmy; several nieces and nephews and lots of special friends.

Family and friends will meet at 1:45pm Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Knoxville, TN for a 2:00pm graveside service.  Gary Jones officiating.
