Jerry Lee Godfrey, loving husband, father, and brother, born September 21, 1955, passed away April 23, 2017. Preceded in death by mother, Alma Sweet; fathers, C.N. Godfrey and Robin Sweet; brother, Kenneth. Survived by wife, Teresa; daughters, Kelly and Robin; son, Jerry C.; grandsons, Kendall, Mark, and Ethan; sisters, Lida Kay, Elizabeth, and Rose; brothers, R.C., Charles, and Bob. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow, Rev. Larry Hewitt officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Thursday at Asbury Cemetery for 11:00 am interment.
