Jeffrey "Jeff" Lynn Tallent

Jeffrey “Jeff” Lynn Tallent, age 49, of Powell, passed away on Monday, August 1st, 2016. Jeff was a Holston High School graduate, and detailed automobiles and boats for over 20 years, later owning and operating Tallent’s Custom Detailing, working mainly out of Concord Marina. He is survived by mother, Judy Kidwell Tallent, father, John Tallent, sister, Jennifer (James) Graham, nephew, Eddie Graham, best friend, Eddie Scalf, loyal and loving K-9 companion, Kita, son, Bryson, and numerous extended family and dear friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 5th, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. Family and friends will meet at New Loyston Cemetery at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, August 6th, 2016 for an 11:00 a.m. interment service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice or pay it forward.
