Jeanette Minton Britt

Jeanette Minton Britt, age 82 of Knoxville went to be with her loved ones in Heaven on Sept. 26, 2013. She was preceded in death by husband George Voss Britt Sr., son George Voss Britt Jr., daughter Vickey Marie Miller, brothers Hubert and Eddie, sister Marie Ferguson, parents Andrew and Mary Minton. Survivors include daughters Gail (Gene) Carmon, Carolyn Cross, Barbara Lane, sons Gary (Delores) Minton, Roy (Corie) Britt, Wayne (Kathy) Britt, Michael (Mickey) Britt, Christopher (Kim) Britt, brother Richard (Linda) Minton, sister Virginia (J.C.) Yates, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 8 pm Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain Chapel with Rev. Jim Duncan officiating. Friends and family will meet at 1:45 PM Monday at Greenwood Cemetery for interment at 2 PM. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
