J.C. Bailey, born in 1928, passed away August 7, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife Julia Pearl Phifer Bailey. Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law Danny & Sherry Bailey and Donnie & Connie Bailey, daughter and son-in-law Janice and Gary Nicley, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a special caregiver Ann Wallace. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
