Jason H. Crabtree, age 43, of Knoxville, TN, born October 10, 1974, passed away January 29, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. He was preceded in death by parents, Herbert Crabtree, of Huntsville, TN, and Helen Ervin, of Knoxville, TN; sister, Mary Helen Lewis, of Knoxville, TN; brother, Robert Crabtree, of Knoxville, TN; and nephew, Eric Heath, of Knoxville, TN. He is survived by his wife, Tonja Shultz, of Knoxville, TN; son, Tyler Crabtree, of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Linda Adams, of Knoxville, TN, Regina Walker (Jerry) of Knoxville, TN, Annette Duncan, of Helenwood, Tennessee, and Dorothy Taylor (James) of Oneida, TN; brother, Johnny Crabtree, of Fort Oglethorp, GA; mother-in-law, Mary Rose Shultz, of Powell, TN; and a host of many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, with service to follow at 7:00 pm, Rev. Jerry Walker and Rev. Lester Mullins officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm, Friday, February 2, 2018 at Peaceful Rose Garden Cemetery in Huntsville, TN for a graveside service at 1:00 pm.
