Janie Perona Jarnigan

Janie Perona Jarnigan was born in 1959 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and grew up in Knoxville. One of five children, she is preceded in death by two brothers, her father, and her husband, Roger. She will be remembered for her open heart, sense of humor and her love for dogs, rescuing many and raising them as though they were her children. Survivors include her mother, two sisters, faithful friends and relatives. Memorial arrangements will be made at a later date.
