Jane H. Stewart

Jane H. Stewart, of Knoxville, passed away March 12, 2017. She was a longtime member of Halls Crossroads United Methodist Church and a Charter member of Christ United Methodist Church. She was a proud graduate of the Class of 1951 at Central High School. Jane had a passion for animals and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Preceded in death by husband, Robert G. “Bob” Stewart; daughter, Martha “Marty” Jane Stewart. Survived by son, Jeffrey R. Stewart; grandson, Gregory Robert Stewart; granddaughter, Emma Suzanne Stewart; and step-grandson, Jason S. Vandergriff. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Friday at Greenwood Cemetery for 11:00 am graveside service, Dr. Bruce Marston and Rev. Charla Sherbakoff officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
