James Richard Trent

James Richard Trent, age 69 of Knoxville went home to be with the Lord, December 19, 2019. He was a member of United Missionary Baptist Church. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was an avid fisherman. Preceded in death by father James Lester Trent, sister Patsy Sue Marlow, grandparents Luther Keith and Mary Thomas, step-father Millard Lawrence, Jr. and son-in-law Sam Roger Kelly. Survivors, wife Jackie Trent, son James Richard Trent, Jr., daughter Katrina A. Kelly, step-son Daniel Howie, step-daughters Debbie Vowell and Vanessa Hanson, mother Margie Lawrence, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, brothers Jerry Lawrence, Billy Lawrence and Tommy Lawrence, sister Missy "Mary" Norman, special niece Ginger Henson. The family would like to say a special thank you the Doctors and staff at Caris Healthcare for all their love and support. Family will receive friends 1 to 2 pm Thursday December 26, 2019 at United Missionary Baptist Church, with service to follow at 2 pm, Rev.
