James Richard Trent, age 52, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 12, 2022. He loved his mother, kids, and grandkids dearly. He is preceded in death by beloved father, James Trent, Sr.; grandparents, Howard and Dolly Chandler, and Margie Lawrence. He is survived by loving mother, Teresa Chandler Johnson and step-father, Joe Johnson; children, Hayley, Ashley, Dilian, Lexi and Ricky Trent; grandchildren, Jayden Manning, Kyleigh Stalsworth, Grayson Morgan, and Brantley Westfield (Little B); sister, Katrina Kelly. He is now at peace in the arms of the Lord. Family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00pm until time of funeral service at 7:00pm Monday, December 19, 2022, with Rev. Larry Brannon and Rev. Jayme Tharp officiating. Family and friends will meet at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City at 10:15am to go in procession to Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service.
