James R. Bruner Sr. (Bud), age 84, of Powell passed away December 25, 2013. Member of Mynatt Road Baptist Church. Survived by wife of 59 years, Ruth; children James Jr., Darrell, Patty Dowling, Joyce Webb, Donald and Doug; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Service 8pm Friday Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet Saturday at Mynatt Funeral Home at 1:15pm for procession to Zion Hill Baptist Church for interment at 2. Family will receive friends 6-8pm Friday Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
