James Perry Browning

James Perry “Buck” Browning, age 78, of Powell passed away November 18th. Buck was known for his expert and custom work with fiberglass, mold design, all types of repair, and building fiberglass fishing boats. Preceded in death by father Bruce Earl Browning Sr., mother Ruby Louise Mays Browning, and sister Shirley Clifton Sims. Survived by wife Delinda Browning, son Ty (Ashley) Browning, brother Bruce earl (Mary) Browning Jr., nephew Timothy (Holly) Clifton, niece Kelly Clifton (Bobby) Kimball, great nephews Taylor and Travis Clifton, and Cole (Macy) Kimball, and great nieces Jessica Clifton, Sydney and Bailey Kimball.
