James M. Pulliam passed away on April 1, 2021 at the age of 79. Jim was a life-long resident of Halls and employed by Alcoa for 53 years. He enjoyed classic cars, big band music, Tennessee football, and spending time on Norris Lake and in the mountains. He was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Pulliam and Dorothy DeLuca; half-sister Laura DeLuca, and the love of his life Lula. He is survived by his daughter, Pamela (Greg) Tucker; grand-sons Andrew (Hannah) Tucker and Alex Tucker; brother Bobby Pulliam; sister Peggy Shockely; half-sisters, Michele DeLuca, and Sharon Pulliam; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
