In loving memory of James William Huff Sr.

James William Huff Sr., born on May 22nd, 1958, in Salem, New Jersey, passed away on July 29th, 2023. He was the beloved son of the late James A. Huff and Oneeda Huff.

James was a father, and friend to many. He was predeceased by his loving parents but left behind a rich legacy of love and care. James is survived by his only son, James William Huff Jr., born to him and his former partner April Butcher. James Sr.,

He was proud of his boy who became a successful business owner of a millwork company, truly the joy of his life.

In addition to his son, James is also survived by his loving sisters: Bonnie Bailey, Lana Miller, Stella Rivera, Melanie Huff, Thalia Covey, Crystal Huff, and brother James A. Huff. He was a proud uncle to 11 nieces and nephews, though he mourned the loss of Jeremy Huff and Jessica Bailey, who preceded him in death.

Throughout his life, James formed a deep connection with his partner Wymalene Large of twenty-two years. Alongside her, he embraced her son as his own and cherished their three grandchildren as a doting pop-pop.

James will be fondly remembered for his warm smile, laughter, jokes, and his unwavering love for his family. He touched the hearts of all who knew him and will be dearly missed.

A private celebration will be held to honor James's life and mourn his passing. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations for a memorial tree to be planted in his honor.

May James William Huff Sr. rest in peace, knowing that his memory will forever live on through his surviving family and the many lives he touched along the way.
