James C. Anderson age 50 of Blaine passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at his home. He worked along side his dad, Bill Anderson and his nephew, Ty Hunley with Anderson Pump Service for many years. A 16-year veteran of the Blaine Volunteer Fire Department, James was best described as the guy who will go the last mile for you. A true hero that was always willing to help anyone, anywhere, anytime. He also enjoyed hunting and camping. He leaves behind the woman he loved dearly, his wife of 27 years, Annettra Anderson; his sons that he was so proud of Aaron Anderson and Colton Anderson; parents, Bill and Effie Anderson; mother-in-law, Judy Shiflet (Rick); sisters, Teresa Hunley (Scott and Kendall), Linda Weaver (Daryl); sisters-in-law, Lisa Frazier (Harold) and Teresa Hardwick; nephews and nieces Ty Hunley (Peyton), Taylor Frazier, Nic Weaver (Tiffany and Silas), Samantha Hardwick (Raelynn and Kaydence), Alex Weaver (Kailey), Madison Frazier. A special thank you to his close friends and their families for the constant love and support.
The body will lie in state on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Corryton Church 7615 Foster Rd Corryton, TN 37721 with a receiving of friends to be held from 4:00-7:00 PM at the church with a celebration of life service at 7:00 PM officiated by Dr. Rocky Ramsey. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Corryton Church for a procession to Indian Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Blaine. Serving as pallbearers: Aaron Anderson, Colton Anderson, Taylor Frazier, Nic Weaver, Alex Weaver, Brad Wilson, DeWayne Irwin, and Ty Hunley.
