Jacky Matthew Bullard

Jacky Matthew Bullard, age 62, went to be with his Heavenly Father on July 18, 2022. He attended Beaumont and Rule High School; he was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by his father, Rev. Joe Bullard, brother, David Bullard, David’s daughter Missy, and son Michael, grandparents Detective John Bullard Sr., wife Pearl, Lon McNish and his wife Lula. Also, several uncles and other various relatives. Left on Earth to see him again someday is his mother, Mildred Bullard, sister, Angela Wires, Uncle Frank Bullard, several nephews and other relatives. Family will receive friends Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to be made to Sevier County Humane Society.
