Jackie Charles Huggins

Jackie Charles Huggins, Jr. “JJ” of Powell, Tennessee, stepped into heaven on May 16, 2019 at 4:00 am. JJ was born on September 23, 2000 in Knoxville, Tennessee. JJ, you left this world too soon. He loved so many and so many loved him. He would give you the shirt off his back if you need it. He was a momma’s boy and his daddy’s joy. He took pride in being a painter. He would say he learned from the best, his dad and papaw, and he could out paint them both. He was soon to be a daddy and he was very proud of that. He was scared, but his whole family knew he would be the best dad, protector and friend to his baby on the way. “He told me that his baby was a blessing, but now we both have one to take care of.” -Deja JJ was preceded in death by his sister, Lauren McConniel. He is survived by his father Jackie Huggins and Amber Huggins and mother Angel Elliott-Kline and Brendan Kline. Sisters Cora Huggins, Candace Huggins, Kaylynn McConniel, Abbi McLean and Ana McLean. Brothers Cameron Maddox and Zach Huggins. Fiance Deja Willis and baby Huggins, soon to be mother-in-law Misty Blaine. Grandparents Carl and Candy Elliott, Mike and Debbie Huggins, Cissy Patterson, Glenn and Michele Maddox and Mark Kline and Melissa Martin. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 20, 2019 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a service at 7:00pm. Condolences may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com.
