Jackie C. Butler

Jackie C. Butler, age 89, or Corryton, TN, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023.

Jackie was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church, graduated Gibbs High School, attended UT-Knoxville, worked at Robert Shaw and retired from TVA and Jackie & Terri’s Collectibles.

He is preceded in death by parents, Thurman and Bernice Butler; wife, Nova (Terri) Butler; sons, Tim Butler and Mike Butler; son-in-law, Mike Hellard; great grandson, Blake Hellard; step daughter, Cathy Steffan.

He is survived by daughters, Elaine Hellard and Susan Barber (Robert); daughter-in-law, Dawn Butler; step daughters, Barbara White and Lisa Kirby; grandchildren, Jeremy Hellard (Jennifer), Justin Hellard (Lauren), Katie Ludwig, Ben Butler (Lacci) and Danielle Barber; great grandchildren, Grayson Hellard, Sophie Hellard, Grace Hellard, Nora Ludwig and Brooks Butler.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from 12:00pm until 2:00pm with a chapel service to follow at 2:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Jackie’s honor.
