Jackie Wayne Brooks

Jackie “Wayne” Brooks died September 14, 2024. He was of Baptist faith. He loved working on cars and helping people. He was preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth Smith and Grandmother Verda Brooks. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Teresa Leigh Brooks; children, David Brooks (Paige), John Thomas Brooks, Derek Brooks, Jackie Brooks (Leah Moses), and Jennifer Graham (Joe); 4 grandchildren; sister Teresa Pendergrass (David); nephews David Walker and Terry Walker; and many cousins. 

A graveside service on September 20,2024 at 11:00 am at Asbury Cemetery. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 for an 11:00 service.
