Helen Gentry Lucas

Helen Gentry Lucas, age 98, went home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2017. She attended the Community Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Kyle Lucas; 2 infant children; 4 sisters; and 5 brothers. Survived by son James (Freda) Lucas; daughter Janice (Jimmy) Edington; grandchildren Tony (Pam) Lucas, Tammy (Dale) Tuder and Julie Reasonover; great grandchildren Spencer (fiancé Madison) and Trent Lucas, Preston Reasonover, Madison Kay and Katie Grace Tuder; step-granddaughters Karen and Jeanna; extended family, several nieces and nephews. Thanks to caregivers and hospice nurses Sharon and Claudette, Lisa and Shelly. The family will receive friends 1:00pm-3:00pm, Sunday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet 10:45am, Monday, at Bells Campground Cemetery for graveside service at 11:00am, with Rev. Teddy Mitchell officiating.
